Found this company Plastinum which will open Plants in US Full Recycling of All Electronic and Electrical Waste. ticker: PLNU - PLASTINUM

Seems they finally started building these plants... There is a lot of news lately.

BLENDYMER is Plastinum's proprietary polymer processing technology which uniquely enables complete fusion, through mechano-chemical processing, of previously incompatible polymers. Its technology (apart from

No Sign of OTCBB Boycott!

Houston, TX -- (OTCBB NEWSWIRE) -- September 24, 2001, On September 7, we brought coverage of a group investors who were fed up with what they felt was manipulation of the OTCBB venue by market makers. See Boycott of the OTCBB?. The group started a petition, which drew heaps of attention with over 2000 signatures in support of the boycott that was to begin today.

The protestors were rolling full steam ahead, until one voice against the boycott heaved fear upon the group.

Supposedly, someone posting on the message boards asserted they contacted a securities attorney and claimed that boycotting the OTCBB could be considered a consorted effort to manipulate the markets. This drove many posters to recant their support. We made several attempts to contact the originator of the petition but did not receive any reply.

On the most positive day since the attacks and closing of the markets for four days, there is no evidence there is any lack of participation in OTCBB trading. Volume is already over 200 million, the majority being to the upside. Advancing issues are claiming victory over declining issues for a nice change, with 647 winners versus 578 losers.

Ironically, on the day the protestors wanted to be the worst day for the OTCBB, it could actually turn out to be the best we have experienced in a long time.

I would like to ask the SEC one question.

How low will shorting be allowed to take the USA Stock Market, ZERO before the SEC finally sees they need to do something?

The terrorists are accomplishing their primary objective, to hurt the USA economy. No matter what happens in the future, shorting has been the catalyst for the most manipulated scenario in our stock market history to tank our economy and steal money from US citizens. The market is the shape it is in because anyone that does not live in the USA shorting everything they can. Bashers and short selling are out of control. There is no check or balance by the SEC to regulate short selling nor even have a fair shot at supply and demand for citizens of the USA to even dare attempt to support the stock market, our economy, our country. Of course the blame is placed on nervous investors.

The USA citizens are ready to buy, but no matter what we buy the price will decline. Not because of real people selling or supply & demand, but because of unrelenting short selling from greedy MMs and offshore, anti-US interests. Americans put up money to make solid investments in a hope to make money and there is always some unregulated offshore or Market Maker shorting everything that is bought. Our stock market is in horrible shape, shorting will continue to destroy our market and thus our economy and finally us as a country. They hit us in the financial heart of our economy with the murderous act at the WTC and arrogantly know the USA will let them short to finance more efforts to undermine our democracy.

Is it a coincidence that the first strike in this horrible murderous act just happens to target the firm responsible for ¼ of all the bond trading worldwide? And by the way nearly wiped it out.

Terrorist networks are widespread and extremely well backed. Can’t you see where if they would go to the long term planning of crippling our market and thus our economy they would have a plan to finish the job?

They hate us for being the richest nation the world has ever known. They intend to remedy that by destroying our wealth. How long will you continue to allow them to steal from the American people? How long?

You are right about that. I'm sure if what is being rumored about Bin Laden is true, i.e. shorting Airline and insurance stocks is true, he'd be killed, and perpetrated for insider information!

Since the boycott appears dead,why not petition the SEC to address our issue of mm manipulation?

JoeMoney, the reason there is no boycott is because of the potential for legal ramifications due to the SEc interpretting it as collusion. There is an SEC rule pertaining to anyone attempting to disrupt the balance of the market and this could be considered as such.

Is the boycott over? Why is there no boycott?

Now is the time to step to the plate...

Yesterday countless thousands of lives were shattered. Mothers, Fathers, Sons and Daughters were slaughtered in a brief moment of the vilest sort of barbarism. In an instant, lives were forever changed and futures were dimmed. American and foreign families once prosperous were torn asunder as their means of support were instantly and forcefully terminated.

As a new day breaks across a stunned world and we contemplate the economic impact this event has wrought upon the world and prognosticators begin to talk about the markets, what to buy, what to sell, economic chaos and more, there is this micro-economic reality sinking in.

There are now an untold number of families who are unsure how they will pay their mortgages. There are certain to be a great many children whose dreams of college were suddenly snuffed out. There are hundreds and thousands who face losses, expenses and hardships in the days and years to come that are beyond measure.

A great many of these families and individuals are our associates and peers, our friends and our loved ones. Thousands of those affected were themselves members and participants in the markets and financial systems we all devote so much of our time and effort in.

In the same light, there were virtually hundreds of firefighters, police and rescue workers lost. Unlike professional workers, many had limited incomes and limited resources before this tragedy and now their families have even less.

We as a group sit here toying in the markets with money most of us consider to be toilet bowl funds or, at a minimum, discretionary money. Nearly all of us are expecting checks from Uncle Sam for $300 or $600 as the case may be.

Giving donations to the Red Cross and the like is noble. But let us not forget the families with long term personal needs... medical bills they can not afford, widows with mortgages, children's educations and countless other more personal needs than national organzations can or will attend to.

Let us, as a community, come together and contribute of our time and resources in a manner that ensures hope for a future for all those who have been so devastated in the past twenty-four hours.

I don't know how to make such a thing happen. But I do know that we as a group proposed a boycott and managed to find thousands to participate in a few short days. I have no doubt that we as a group can do far more in this cause if we will come together and put forth the effort.

So, I call out to you all... let us, once again, organize our forces, go forth and make something happen. Here we can make a material difference. Here we can take a stand and say to those shameless cowards that perpetrated this attrocity that we will not be defeated and that, as a Nation, were are capable of rising above anything they can conceive of putting before us.

Spiel ... Merrill Lynch is in the World Financial Center (WFC), a part of Battery Park City. It is located downtown, at the southern tip of Manhattan, between the World Trade Center and the Hudson River. It is on the West side of West St., alongside the Hudson River.
The WFC is a large complex, several blocks long. There are many entrances:

South entrance (ground level): at 225 Liberty St, walk North to the Winter Garden atrium (see below)

North entrance (ground level): at 37 Vessy St, walk South to the Winter Garden atrium (see below)

East entrance (elevated pedestrian bridges over West St.):

Head to the World Trade Center, North Tower
Go up to the plaza level (one floor above street level)
Walk across the "North" bridge over West St, to the Winter Garden atrium (where the Palm trees are)
On the South side of the Winter Garden, at the top of the "Bowl Staircase", is the Merrill Lynch security area.
Merrill Lynch employees -- enter as usual via turnstiles
Visitors -- enter via a small door on your right. You must sign in at the Security desk.
There is a separate door for the Security desk for Merrill Lynch. All visitors MUST go thru the Security entrance.

Note that Merrill Lynch is in both the North and South WFC towers, go for the South tower (WFC 2).

To all, I live and work in the suburbs of D.C. at the Red Cross, and it is a nut house here. We are still at work, but the entire city is in mayheim. It's truly sad. Our only hope is that there are no planes in the air to use as missles. My friend at works sister saw the plane crash into the Pentagon. She was in her car. I cannot even imagine the life lost in this absolute mess. This is War War III IMO.

Please please please, I beg of everyone here, to just sotp this non stop bickering. It is having no end effect on what is needed. Let's stick to the subject matter!
