We are a growth-oriented, fee-based master limited partnership formed by Oasis Petroleum Inc. (NYSE: OAS), to own, develop, operate and acquire a diversified portfolio of midstream assets in North America. Our current assets are located in the heart of the oil rich Williston Basin and are integral to the oil and natural gas operations of Oasis Petroleum. However, our assets are also strategically positioned to capture volumes from other producers as we grow.
Our management team has extensive expertise in the oil and gas industry and has a proven track record of identifying, acquiring and executing large, repeatable development programs across North Americ
We operate a diversified portfolio of midstream infrastructure assets in North America, with a current focus in the Williston Basin. We offer full service midstream solutions to customers covering their oil, gas and water needs. Today, Oasis Midstream Partners is primarily focused on production gathering and gas processing. Our full scale of operations includes:
Natural Gas
Gathering, compression, processing and gas lift supply.
Crude Oil
Gathering, terminaling and transportation.
Water
Gathering & disposal of produced water and freshwater distribution
