i think the only way out is an organized law suit.
Share trading was supposed to stop on 15/09 following official documents. And... the stock was manipulated by market makers the day before delisting. I am living in Belgium, so i don't really know the rules on OTC, if there are any. But i can't live with it, someone ran away with my money and i will find it back.

First...i am one of the unlucky ONEI buyers from monday-i bought 330.000 shares ...
I am using e-trade ...and now in my account instead of company symbol for ONEI it appears a number .
First question:What can i do now with the shares that bought (ONEI)synce the company is not anymore on the market?
Can i recover at least a part of my money ?

I am one of the stupid buyer yesterday .

I was looking this stock since sometimes in my virtual portfolio .
For the moment i follow PAIM the most but i saw this big move on ONEI so stupid i am i have read the news on yahoo where they was not talking that the last day for the trading was yesterday .

Now i am here with 250000 shit i buy for 0.0024 and 0.0025 .

So for people who want to understand wy some people where still buying yesterday i can be the answer :)

I losed 700$ in 24h but ok i am a newbies and this was a experience for me .

Next time i will take very more informations before to buy a share from a company i dont know :)

Good luck to all PAIM can be the share that will pay back the lose of this shit onei .

ONEIDA, N.Y., July 14, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Oneida Ltd. (Pink Sheets: ONEI) today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to be acquired by an entity to be formed by D. E. Shaw Laminar Portfolios, L.L.C. ("Laminar") and Xerion Capital Partners LLC ("Xerion" and with Laminar the "Buyers"), both current Oneida shareholders.

Under the terms of the proposed transaction, Laminar and Xerion will pay at least $222.5 million, or an amount sufficient to pay in full the company's secured bank claims plus, among other things, the payment or assumption of all other general unsecured claims. In addition, the Buyers will include an element of consideration for the company's common equity holders in connection with securing their approval of the proposed transaction.

investortrends480, while your intent may or may not have been pure, your call was awful here. You were bashing this in the .03s before it made a 400+ percent run. As I said then, it was worth some gambling money although now its much riskier. I currently am not holding any ONEI but IFFFF a deal could be struck for shareholders to receive a small portion in the reorganized company, it'd be worth well more than .14 or .15, IMO. Perhaps Mr. Davner has a few tricks up his sleeves. I hope that he does as he seemed to be a very straight-forward, well intentioned man, and I wish him well in his efforts to try to stop these greedy banks from STEALING this company. I told you a few days ago, it was far from DONE then, but you didn't listen.
