The share structure seems to be the same. I don't think we'll know anything until they file a 10k.

My plan is to lower my cost basis in this range over the course of the next 3-4 months. I'll probably double down another 50-100k shares and cut my cost basis in half. It's easy to do when we are drifting sideways at this range.

I wish they would issue a PR soon though as this company has never delayed filing this long before. That can either be a really good sign or a really bad sign. Judging by the fact that their websites are still in full operating mode, I'm hoping it's a good sign.

There's always a chance for a takeover or buyout of some sort, but I guess we'll have to wait and see how this one pans out.

Everyone should be aware that the phone numbers posted for the US locations are NOT representative of this company's operations. They merely came to the US to market themselves to investors abroad. This company operates IN CHINA in a 6500sq foot office building. They are currently looking to hire 3 java developers for enterprise applications. Anybody that knows anything about application development knows that java developers are well payed positions. Anyway that wants java wants a PREMIER application.

I've spent some time researching this one and it sure looks like they are operating just fine. Apparently their payment platform is directly linked to several of the biggest banks in China. It's also important to note that there are only about ~30 companies in China that offer an online banking system available to end users. They also seem to be catering to ebayers as well, much in the same way that Paypal is. If you don't believe, take a look through the help pages on the Qian Bao site.

Something is going on here and I'm willing to bet that they DID obtain the necessary capital to continue operations and become prosperous. The payment platform is the key here folks. The game cards that they offer are just a perk (although gaming in china is becoming such a problem that they have addiction facilities to help kids that need it).

Qian Bao is the company they acquired a few years ago that offered this payment platform. It became a beta release and eventually was launched a few months back. If someone could make a long distance call, they might be able to get in touch with someone in China that could explain the company's current operations. There are 3 or 4 phone numbers listed on the Qian Bao site.

Yes it would be nice! I am just hesitant with these guys because they are not giving out any information lately. They were putting out info fairly regularly before but recently have been very quiet....now that could be a good thing, but experience in Pinkies tells me otherwise!!!....Time will tell but with a big positive PR this thing could ratchet up really quickly!...We shall see.

I pointed out targets of 38% retrace of S@P 1111 and 50% of 1120 as most likely end to this 2nd wave counter rally, I must point out that 2nd waves can retrace 100% and therefore it is possiable to have a 62% retrace which would be 1120 HOWEVER I fully expect this 2nd wave rally to end in the 1111 to 1120 area.

I would normally agree except for the fact that volume is too light for confirmation. If RSI gets above 80 this thing is really going to pop. Remember when 500k shares couldn't move this stock more than 30%? Now look, this sucker moves 30% on HALF the volume.

I still say we need volume to confirm a definite trend in either direction. That will happen soon.
