BRKM - OTCqb development stage renewable energy company.

Recent events garnered form financials include:

-Change of accounting firms (no claim of improprieties)

-On June 30, 2010, the Company increased its authorized common shares from 75,000,000 to 200,000,000 and authorized a 7:1 forward split.

As far as shareholder unfriendliness goes, forward splits are basically neutral, right?

Increase in AS is okay IMO as long as it remains controlled and serves a worthy purpose. Company looks a long way from being profitable and of course they will need financing. I guess we'll have to wait for the next K to see if they increased OS.

Company does look 'legit' from my brief research today. We'll keep an eye on it.

Aggressive company with a distinct and powerful business strategy. Take a look at the Ibox on the GRDO board- it says it all.

IMO it is the perfect opportunity to get in.

Perfect. That is the kind of information I want to compile here. Companies doing what they say and saying what they do.

I'm still thinking of ways to give this data a structure. Maybe we can take each candidate and maintain a table in the Into Message like so:

This is another stock that is highly dependent on the character of one person - "Ken" from the Stockcharter group. He is working to put a new company into the Anywhere MD brand/shell. Even if you believe he will succeed, this investment has and will require patience. Some of the holders have voiced irritation about Ken's word compared to his deeds. Seems to me they are simply frustrated the stock is not going up fast enough. Overall the stock has been in an nice uptrend since a bottom in early September.

Teffy (a successful iHub trader/leader with a large following) is a strong supporter of Ken's ability and vouches for his personal integrity.

SSWC - Ken Glynn

SpeechSwitch is a one-man show. Ken seems to be sincere in his desire to build his company. That doesn't guarantee he is shareholder friendly though. Does anybody have evidence of him saying one thing but doing another? Still researching...

ATPT - New CEO: Francis Zubrowski

Previous company had a terrible shareholder reputation including shameless dilution. New ownership needs to turn that perception around for the company to prosper.
