After last weeks sell off there are a lot of stocks pinching! Because of that, I am just going to list them. No charts...

ABIO, ACI, ANR, AVL, AXU, DVAX, ECTE, FBN, FOLD, GSS, HDY, LPR, MEET, MELA, NES, SAPX, SWSH, THM, VIZS, ZNGA

Starting Monday XIDE ticker symbol changes to XIDEQ to reflect their bankruptcy.

Also, keep a eye on metal stocks. There was a major sell off in a lot of them, either right before the close or right after. I am talking single sales in the millions! No one is real sure what happened, but suspect it was hedge funds dumping for what ever reason. Here are a few of them... BRD, GPL, GSS, SVM, LSG

The Pinchcheck HTML file (which you can download in the Intro Box) was updated tonight to reflect the XIDEQ ticker symbol change. Right now it will say "not found", but should be fine when the market opens tomorrow.

I put together a list of stocks that I check every night for pinchers. You
can click on a chart and it will open up another window that brings you
to the stockcharts.com site so that you can change the indicators...

Ok, I give up on LPR

Watching level 2 you can see so much corruption
going on with market makers forcing it down...

Took a $187 loss, no big deal!

I still know that it will get a pop eventually,
but it will be without me!

So now we know that there was a leak on PURE Thursday, that was why it fell dramatically.

Today the bad news came for the retail traders, but of course it's too late!

This is exactly the kind of thing the SEC should be investigating, but they won't...

Using just a few indicators, you can make a decent profit on stocks that are pinching!

We all have rules that we follow when buying stocks based on technicals...

Here are my rules when I am looking for pinch plays:

Stocks under $5.00
Average Volume over 300,000
PPO & ADX pinching
No extremely bad news
2 to 3 day hold in most cases

Here are the indicators that I use to find pinch plays:

Volume
PPO      (percent price oscillator)
ADX     (average directional index)
RSI        (relative strength index)

As you can see, I keep it very simple. These are pincher plays in their purest form...
