"To amend the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to effect a 1-for-200 reverse stock split of the common stock whereby every 200 shares of common stock outstanding will be combined and reduced to one share of common stock and to adjust our authorized number of common shares from 5,000,000,000 to 500,000,000."

typically they don't trade that much(no liquidity) and tend to trend down over time.

OK so you track what happens when some screwball announces a 200/1 reverse split. As all of you know the first thing that happens is everyone who knows anything sells the stock. A reverse split ?? Shorty will take this puppy down and wait till it's under 1 cent to cover.

Well the announcement was made and the stock price per share went up. The reason is simple Telvue people do not sell their shares. They hold and the wait and they wait again and it is here after all the wait.

On Monday Telvue (TEVED) will be offered at what asking price ?? You can bet it will not be under one penny. Shorty does not control this one. The people who own Telvue shares control the price and Telvue people never sell. Forward split on the way, dividend NASDAQ. Rinse and repeat. Ever lost any money in the penny market ?? Want it back ?? See you over at Telvue (TEVED) in the morning.

I will be the first to warn anyone to be extreamly careful about reverse splits. As I'm sure many of you know a reverse split is used my CEO's who can at times be less than friendly.
Telvue has a majority shareholder who happens to be a billionaire. His name is Gerry Lenfest and we has pledged to give away his billions long before Warren Buffet and creapy Billy Gates even thought of it. Try googling Gerry Lenfest and remember while you are reading he owns 37 million shares of a stock with a 50 million shares beginning and 8 million in the float.

You know about reverse splits I'm sure. This one is being done because institutions are screaming to buy a stock they may not buy at this time. We move up Mar 15 . Cusip changes and institutions may buy. 19 cents today.

Good luck ??? You think luck has anything to do with the penny market. WOW. Luck is for Vegas. Knowing exactly what you are doing is for the penny market. Studing and reading and watching for the next great emerging company in a field that has just begun to really show it's promise. Cloud computing is where we are going. It is not where we have been. It has nothing to do with luck. No one who owns Telvue stock needs luck.

The real fun of watching a reverse split and seeing the cusip change as the company moves to a higher market is having a few shares. It makes it easier to track and shares are dirt cheap as we speak. How can you become a part of history for less than 19 cents a share. I say the shares will be worth a ton. Others not so much but for 19 cents it's worth a shot.

PXNT. Big drop after 1-160 RS monday. Picked up 2s on it. They lowered AS as per filing to 32 million shares

NWOG - in here at .013. This is a reverse split play for me. This will be a 100 for 1 reverse. It's down over 50% since the rs was announced yesterday. Although this has not reversed yet, it is worth keeping an eye on. Jim
