Renegade Venture's Subsidiary, Hamilton Aerospace, Announces the Purchase and Sale of Two Boeing 737 Aircraft

TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 28, 2004--Renegade Venture (NEV.) Corp. (OTCBB:RDVN.OB) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Hamilton Aerospace Technologies, purchased two former US Airways Boeing 737-2B7 aircraft from Jetran International. Hamilton Aerospace concurrently announced the sale of the aircraft to Teebah Airlines, a Jordanian company.

Hamilton Aerospace is also carrying out major maintenance on the aircraft ("HMV" checks), together with the refurbishment, integration and painting of the aircraft in the livery of the new Iraqi Airways, the flag carrier of Iraq. The maintenance work required to place these aircraft in service exceeds $1,200,000, which Hamilton Aerospace expects to book in the third and fourth quarter. This revenue was already part of our previous financial guidance.

Renegade Completes $3,264,000 Financing with Barron Partners, LP

TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 26, 2004--Renegade Venture (NEV.) Corp. (OTCBB: RDVN - News) today announced that it has raised $3,264,000 through a private placement with Barron Partners, LP. Under the terms of the private placement, Barron Partners purchased restricted common stock at a price of $.34 per share, and for each share purchased received .75 warrants to purchase an additional share at $.68 per share plus .75 warrants to purchase an additional share at $1.36 per share. If all of the warrants are exercised at their full purchase price, Barron Partners will acquire a total of 24,000,000 shares of Renegade common stock in exchange for a total of $17,952,000 in equity funding. The company intends to use the proceeds of the private placement for working capital and for the acquisition of compatible aviation-related companies.

Renegade Discusses 1st Quarter Operating Results and Provides 2004 Guidance

TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 14, 2004--Renegade Venture (NEV.) Corp. (OTCBB:RDVN) announced operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004, and provided additional guidance for Renegade for the remainder of 2004.

Operating Results

Total revenue for the first quarter was $3,586,108, up 4% compared to $3,448,225 for the first quarter of 2003. Net profit for the first quarter was a record $528,230, compared to a loss of $121,845 for the first quarter of 2003.
