Last 10-K shows most shares owned by affiliated (and directors).

The prise per share is Soo high for this share structure but if like two thirds locked up that can be pretty interesting.

Still on the fence about this once a lot of missing information I need to make a gamble and I have two other better plays might enter here if this drops a bit next week before Nov 1

From last report look like their Bank loans in Sept 2013 were going to default. Maybe they waited 6 years (statutory limits for getting debt) before trying to take over plus a month. Interesting.
