Co is working on getting orders.
When I called 2 months ago. Someone answered the phone..a human being..

that means they are not running away imo
If they get orders,how do the pr it, if they do? How does stock react, it can't..unless you really try to find someway.to buy

So its a mess right now.
If Co finishes filing today.they still have to get the stock trading again. No way of knowing how long it takes week..weeks.months etc
Can't bang your head on this anymore.

It's wait it out..sweat it out.hope for best.
look for other investments, while we wait

A succesful co has succesful shareholders...the problem here is that they have not updated files...is that situation do it by the company by any wrong purpose?...who knows?

Aunxf bought oil co for 2 million, around 2 years ago...stock shot up to 2 cents, failed to make any real income, so sold it for 4 million
, and stock is 0.008
Those that bought the tickets to participate in pr made/ lost money. Those that held.... lost,
co double in value.
So what does stock price have to do with co???

Where law and order IS not in order. Casino is the game. Game plan is buy huge debt co, with income 48 thousand dollars, and cause trading to generate millions in trades ,which create opportunities to buy and sell shares,
This is done day in day out.
Reii I believe they simply messed up filing and got themselves delisted and now stuck in hell, yes their fault, sue them.wait 5 years ,then get check for $14.56 for our efforts. Jmo

Shocking news. When you buy a stock, it gives you the right, The entrance ticket to BET or participate in the pr's causing the stock to either rise or fall, it has nothing to do with the co itself.
Reii can have a ten million dollar order and get paid, it has zero to do with us shareholders, they still will pay their bills and note holders etc, stock won't move at all..its stuck in hell.cant trade it, though co itself is moving along with business.
Life goes on for co revoked or not, yes it would be nice if stock traded, they can raise money etc however if orders come in, hey life is good for co imo
Of course the co is indeed trying to get back to trading and imo is spending huge money to do it. Only pointing out the risk of owning stock in any co,

you don't own anything, only the right to place your bet.in the pr

It’s in the hands of the stock gods. Hopefully these folks are honest when they say they are working on it. Always wondered why if a company has a chance to succeed and they can make a bundle with their stock why the don’t figure it out. Sounds like they have potential but who the hell knows. Time will tell but certainly frustrating

I think those buying are through Canadian brokers, and they are grabbing shares that people are just giving up on. If the company does manage to trade again, which I highly doubt at this point, those shares will skyrocket similar to the shares of the previous reverse merger company when REII merged into it. The end of the company would be if the SEC revokes their registration for failure to file... Good luck everyone.

Here’s hoping they are working on fixing the accounting issues. In my thoughts if nothing forthcoming next few months time to find
Class action attorney and hit social media hard letting folks and potential customers what they are doing to people who trusted them. Bs only works for so long.

Right now, I'm looking at George Sharp Reverse-Merger stocks. He cleaned up dirty shells, now looking for mergers and acquisitions so he can retire... Check out yesterday's tweet.

George had a stock run from .0005 to $1.70 a couple of years ago...

Then it's a matter of satisfying and paying the OTC MARKETS people to get back on the pinks. So let's see those financials filed... Until then, I don't believe a word they say.

That being said.co still in a mess.they can get a 5 million dollar deal to buy things, fill the order.and stock WILL NOT MOVE.
So really shareholders are in a mess, not the co.
However I believe co will trade again ..however it can take a year imo

What shocked me is they have a secretary that actually answers the phone, how insane is that...I mean they must be doing business..yes they can get a ten million contract, pr it and stock won't move at all. However they are indeed in business only have to get reinstated. Yes of course its weird..however it is what it is.

Well I am amazed , received a call back from the company ( I had called last week
Saying I don’t appreciate what has happened) I was told issues are filing, auditor and derivatives ( call from Robert mount) he said company is working on it an hopefully soon will get off export mkt and should be releasing some good information

Needless to say I was floored and would be great if that is true. I have never gotten a call back from a pinkie company so

As a last resort, just hoping this company is very successful someday and can be found liable for misleading investors. The PRs and final conference call gave us every indication the CEO intended to stay current with filings and take care of shareholders, but the filings were "out of his hands with the accountants". Still, he couldn't even file a simple late notice and here we are months later with no filings, no updates, nothing

And surprisingly in my opinion, he's still active on Twitter and Instagram pumping the business as if nothing happened
