Very clean shell. Either they do a deal soon or no more filings...

We have historically relied on Dorman Industries, LLC to fund our ongoing administrative expenses. Dorman Industries, LLC has recently advised us that it will not fund our ongoing expenses after this Annual Report on Form 10-K is filed. Therefore, unless we find an alternative source of funding or acquire an operating business, we will be unable to continue our ongoing reporting obligations and this may be the last filing we make with the SEC. i went over the filings last night it’s the cleanest shell i have come across in a long time. they are open about the few shares they sell annually just to pay the filing and legal fees. i’m surprised it’s been a shell this long. it’s an excellent buy and hold but for how long?

I dont understand how JPS can take credit for this going over 1000%, total BS. Just because it gaps at that and then declines all day doesnt mean it's a successful "multimillion dollar" pump. Those guys are some true Jacka**es.

Owner/Insiders own 80% of the company shares (about 6 mil shares out of 8 mil shares out standing) and it is reasonable to expect their minimum $1/share goal;

The company was incorporated in 1983. It was formerly known as Nematron Corporation and changed its name to Sandston Corporation in 2004. The company is headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Sandston Corporation is a subsidiary of Dorman Industries, LLC.
