So much for that registration? I guess we can put $SLNZ on the Pink Sheet trash heap with the rest of them. And when you read about the CEO Abdel Fahmy you start to wonder if this is what it claims to be

They should include a caveat in bold stating as long as you have insurance through a company they can make a huge profit off of! I went thru this program the first time when I had a PPO plan. About a year later, I wanted to come back and they told me that they could not accept me because I now carry HMO. I then offered to pay out of pocket and they still refused me. They are all about making loads of money off of particular insurance companies. I agree with other reviews that this place was unorganized and at times, you are at the mercy of Dr. Fahmy and have to wait hours or days to get a call back from him. The group sessions consist of a few patients going on and on about irrelevant drama in their life, which has nothing to do with addiction. The group leaders do nothing to stop them. What do they care? They are charging the insurance companies $500 per person per session. My advice, find a facility that will find a way to help you no matter what. Not a place that's only interest is milking certain insurance companies."

I bought a couple k shares but there is still a problem with their fins. I don't know why it is so hard for this company to file accurate financials.

I had patience and faith in the company.

After they filed the recent s1------I bought even more

I also recognized the name of their outside counsel, and know the firm which
is very reputable and would never align themselves with any company that could tarnish their image.

With the recent year end financials.......it is still a buy if you were just shown this company today.

I am just curious as to where you get that information.

Real buisness. Either DEA will shut them down in the near future or they will expand fast. They are charging insurance companies $800 a piss test and making patients piss in a cup once a week. Dr. Fahmy and relatives really know how to stick it to the insurance companies. The only good thing is that they dont charge their patients, that is, as long as they have good insurance.

The figures are much more valuable when they are audited.
It would not take much to get this stock higher.

I don't think it is dilutive if you can raise capital at a higher price that the current common.

It is possible that they do the deal less than $1.

The balance sheet is strong, and the income for 9 months is about what they did for all of last year.

On a valuation basis........it is a buy !!

Unfortunately they aren't nearly as good as the "unaudited" financials and it appears that they want to do some diluting to raise capital but I agree it is undervalued at current price.

AUDIT is done and now public with their S1

I think the financials speak for themselves and SLNZ is a buy buy buy buy !!!

7) Soft Landing Labs is currently undergoing an independent audit for years 2012 and 2013 and financial
review for 2014. The audit is being performed by Salberg & Company, P.A.


She is open to questions and responds fairly quickly.

This is what she has told me.

They are having 2012, 2013 Audited and 2014 reviewed. They will be filing Form S-1 and will become SEC compliant. You can shoot her an email if you would like.

Hopefully this will be a game changer.
