Steakhouse Partners, Inc. owns and operates steakhouse restaurants in the United States. The company operates its restaurants under the brand names of Hungry Hunter, Hunter Steakhouse, Mountain Jack�s, and Carvers. As of December 31, 2006, it owned and operated 25 restaurants located in 8 states. The company, formerly known as Texas Loosey�s Steakhouse & Saloon, Inc., was founded in June 1996. It changed its name to Galveston�s Steakhouse Corp. in December 1996 and to Steakhouse Partners, Inc. in 1999. The company is based in San Diego, California.
