SWVC. Well gang as much as I liked it flippin it twice for profit third time got burned...I have to say I cannot see this one noseup trading at .0004 x .0005 with a dilution history I don't even think I have to post as most familiar with this one, due to toxic financing diluting of shares. I hope for some of the nice folks still holding shares there as with ASII I hope they get their money back but it is not looking good so far. Dave

ASII had the balls to PR again last week and try to swindle in new investors saying they were buying another company or something. I cannot understand how anyone would buy shares even at .0001 with the bid being 0000. Hopefully this guy will get his orange jumpsuit and shiny bracelets soon.

I know the history of SMAS better than most. I know about the increase of shares. It has been explained.

Have you spoken with Steve Arostein, the CEO? Did you know that the 300 million share increase was ONE ORDER?

If you would even do a cursory DD, you will find the current float to be stable for the next several months (until mid 2008). All other shares are restricted.

Point being: HE CANNOT DILUTE MORE RIGHT NOW.

read back on the board for about 1 month and you'll see what I mean. In about 2 weeks time he diluted from 221 mil. to 371 mil. to 521 mil. And now you say it's 571 mil.? Oh, he's still diluting alright! He has something like 5 billion for the A/S! He can dilute a lot more and probably will. By his pattern I predict your next float amount to be 721 million.

Ummmmmmmm... They have a 571 million float. Do some DD and you'll find that it is stable until mid 2008. All other shares are RESTRICTED until then.

The 571 million float is STABLE.

Call the CEO. PM the moderator at the SMAS board.

NOTE: 571 million float for a .000X stock is relatively LOW.

USXP The grandaddy of diluting machines. When you have over 1.3billion shares trade in a day and you don't go up 100% that day you are way way overdiluted. Now that the MJ auction is over this thing will bottom feed again. In my humble opinion only don't try to sue me you won't get much lol.

Welcome to fantasy island okay not really if you read the title it's pretty self explanatory. Just trying to save others from dumping their hard earned cash into companies that are POS that you can't buy enough shares with Donald Trump's money to keep up the pps lol enjoy. My two are EFGO and ETMO and yes I did get excited and pump them until I figured it out I am new and learning. So enjoy and let em fly.

A place to vent about the abuse you have taken by buying shares in a company to have the company repeatedly print more shares so badly that the pps does nothing but trade even or drop. Everything posted here is in your own opinion and you cannot be sued for do your own due diligence. I just thought this would be a site where people could post companies where in their humble opinions you should not just avoid but run from buying their stock. I have recently had this happen to me with EFGO and ETMO must be a thing with the E companies. Again this is in your own opinion do your own diligence and I don't want the lawfirm of dewey,cheatem and how knocking on my door. Feel free to share your horror stories so hopefully someone else won't make the same mistake.
