What's happening with this company? They had an 8K yesterday that is not yet PRd. Was yesterday a one day wonder dead cat bounce or the beginning of a recovery? Anyone got any info on the o\s & float? Are they still in business? Any financials available? You got answers...I got questions!

I am always looking for stocks such as this.I try finding beat up stocks that have been over sold. Sometimes it works and other times it does not.Hope your doing well and lets go TVIA!!!

Lot of traders/investors would look at a stock like this and shy away but this is an opportune time to buy. Although the stock has suffered some hurt, I'm up on the conditions of the sell off. Nothing to do with the company.

Great to hear from you. We should see TVIA make a very good rebound back to the 3 range in the next few months. The problem they had was caused by a third party vendor for lack of parts. This has now been resolved.

Yes I got in on Thursday @ $1.07 on short term speculation.Yes the law suites are of concern but I feel we could double here with some good contract and other news.Maybe they can settle the class action suites without going to trial?

Are you invested in TVIA? Will you hold for the turnaround?
We should see $ 3 back by New Year unless the lawsuit turns into other negative issues that can snowball the stock price. The financing in place was done at $ 2.5, so I believe we will see the pp go over this level in the next 4 to 6 month.

The company should release good news soon. The huge fall was due to lack of parts from a third supplier to TVIA and this problem has been solved. We should see this stock move forward again soon.

I am looking this one over.52 week low hit yesterday @ $1.07 and wonder if there maybe more selling due to lack of any good news and these shareholder class action suites.I guess this new CFO was hired for that reason?

TIVIA engages in the design, production, and marketing of display processors for the digital and interactive television market.
They lost 58% of the market cap in one day due to second Q poor earnings.
This is only due to shortages of parts outside their control.
Parts should be delivered to the company soon and within the next two to three weeks. If this occurs, the stock should rebound back very quickly.

I would like to start some comments and opinions regarding this company.

The flat panel market is poised to explode in the next 2 to 4 years.
