I've been pretty busy with the new youngin' and work. I'm looking to get back in after Christmas with some more cashflow, but for now, I'm just riding my bottom feeders eating carp and catfish for dinner every night.

Since I've been so sparadic it would have been better to cash out and then get back in, but we all know hindsight is ...

OK, I can't figure out these stocks for the life of me. EFGO seems to release good news - they're making money - and the price plummets to 2, and is now fighting its way to 3. Is there a reason for this price drop? Or are penny stocks just plain weird.

it means things are happening sooner rather than later, which is good. I'm tired or waiting around. That hit the EVSF board yesterday and we were glad to see it, but we're still waiting for details to see how it will effect stock price. The ask went up to $1.00 yesterday, which is a good sign, meaning most people think the stock price will be worth more...we'll just have to wait and see, but something should break in the next couple of weeks. Just continue to be patient.

It is EVSF 8K, which is a filing that a reporting company has to file with the SEC when a material event takes place.

In the case of EVSF it is a filing relating to the reverse acquisition by EVSF of a Chinese company (I have found out this afternoon that they are a manufacturer with a plant and warehouse, but the old EVSF CEO would not reveal any more than that) in exchange for stock. The foreign company wanted to list publicly in the US.

We don't know for sure what their revenue size or asset base is at the moment.

My understanding is this...

EFGO trades on an unsolicited quote basis. Because of that, there are no market rules to protect the investor against MM abuse. The rule that protects the investor in this regard is called Pink Sheet Limit Order Protection (Manning). Google that term and you can read more about it.

Basically, right now, if you were to put in a limit buy for EFGO at .0006, and I put in a limit sell at .0006, the MM would fill the order from his own inventory, leaving your buy order unfilled.

Under Manning, the MM would HAVE to match your limit buy against my limit sell before drawing from his own inventory.

We do not enjoy that protection now, and it goes a long way to explain the downright outrageous trading pattern of this stock.

The new PinkSheet regulations kick in August 1, which include Manning protection, assuming we get "Pink Checkmark" status. We should see better execution of trades at that time.

Also, there is a sizeable portion of the investing public that will not trade in unsolicited stocks for the above reason. We will eventually have access to a much larger portion of the investing universe.

Anyway, that's my understanding. Others here may be able to expand in this topic.

looks like EFGO released some late news to Pinksheets.com about the US banks that will be processing/backing their Check 21 service - regions bank, wachovia, etc. Secondly, they gave revenue expectations from China - in the 12-15 million range, which puts PPS much higher than .0005. It should be an interesting morning. Let's see if it runs, or if it just climbs up to .0006 and stagnates. We could use a good run - heck, we've been to.002 before, so I'd atleast like to see that.

ya - I'm really surprised with .0004 - really really surprised. I bought 5 mil up @ .0005, it's tough seeing that purchase in the red - I never suspected that. I do think it'll rebound and as we get closer to quarterly results I think it'll rise a little bit in anticipation of profits.
