Peter Bezzano Files False and Misleading Statement With the SEC

Bradenton Florida: Saturday, August 16, 2008

Peter Bezzano, former Chairman and President of FFGO and
current non executive chairman files false and misleading
statement with the Securties and Exchange Commission.

On December 7, 2007 Mr. Bezzano filed with the SEC in an 8-K
that the offices of FFGO had moved. What somehow escaped him,
was the simple fact that a mail drop does not constitute "offices".

As a result of this false and misleading statement, some
investors could have been harmed into thinking that actual
offices existed at that location.

Infractions such as this will not be tolerated. Effective
immediately, all such infractions will be reported to the SEC as
investors will no longer put up with such nonsense.

Investors will take a stand and refuse to be toyed with in such
manner. Management has underestimated our resolve and we will
continue to press the issues as they present themselves.

No, really, it did come straight out of an email from Santini. He stated he would put the "naysayers" to rest. The next day it was used on the board and caught on, because yes you're right, its better than using the "b" word, lol.

I always use an outside editor and then cut and paste, they dont give you options in the current editor for Font size or coloring I believe.

I was. going to petition Matt for a "Work Release" Octagon duel. Lumb consenting of course. It would be good for ratings
and Lumb would get an opportunity to give trading advise in the process. We could have a tag team match, Lumb can choose the poster of his choice, and I would have to pick one too.

I just thought I would throw it up and see how the response was.
