Company prs should contain the current outstanding share count...That is a proposal that I have supported for a good while...It looks like another proposal for smaller cap companies not selling on major exchanges should also be considered...Companies should disclose the amount of shares that go to each affilliate of the company and the amount on a quarterly basis...And it should be a mandatory filing quarterly for pink sheet companies as well...That would be about the only way for the regulatory agencies to be able to backtrack and see who may be selling ahead of rules in existence to protect investors...Yeah, a lot of these that we refer to as pos companies usually end up in long term downtrends...But they are in an environment designed for raising capital...Not for some relatives or friends to earn an easy payday...GL...LJ

Does anyone from the old SS chat forum want me to keep the old game trackers dating from 08/01/05 – 01/10/07? Please give me some feedback if you participated in any of those games. I can either keep the old daily, weekly and monthly game trackers or I can get rid of them since SS is not a chat site anymore. I personally think we should get rid of the old game trackers and let SS slowly fade away.

Take a look at PMCL these past few days for a perfect example of naked short selling and corrupt MMs....
Where are all these shares coming from????

Take a look at something like PLNI for dilution at its finest....
Billions of shares issued by the company year over year.

Take a look at the SEC halting trading on 25 Pinks due to email spam....while they turn a blind eye to other market thieves.

3 perfect examples of Market Corruption.

Something needs to be done...

Can't understand how you are going to do it?
There is a deferent between naked short and regular short on the penny that only broker firm can do ,its impossible to track this ,also there is some transaction you don’t see since its not a pure electronic market .
You have to find a new stock/company that just got listed or to find a stock after R/S
There is a lot of bad company on the penny you never know what's going on the stock structure.
The Revolution already start but not on the USA its start in the China market by there announcing a new special force against corruption, that’s the reason the China market took a hit a few days ago.
It will never happen in the USA market because they don’t want to admit they have a problem, even on the Naked short they say it's negligible.
Only when they see that for Avery 6 stocks, 1 is been naked short they will do something but then it will be too late.

I am still digging into all the legal components, it looks like if everything is up front and open, then there should be no issues. My lawyer is still working through the details.

Wouldnt be surprised if the SEC was not thrilled with the idea of exposing market manipulation...

It's Time for the Penny Stock Revolution... Its Time for the Penny Stock Revolution.... I have spent alot of time and money trading penny stocks, I have learned alot. The most important thing that anyone who trades penny stock knows is.... The Penny Stock market is infested with corruption! CEOs take money from shareholders, they print outright lies in PRs, they issue millions of shares in order to stay alive, all at the expense of unsuspecting investors. MMs trade shares they dont have and inaccuratly post buys and sells, they manipulate the market to their advantage. Promoters shamelessly hype stock and then dump their shares just as the unsuspecting investors are getting in. We have all seen it... And yet we keep trading...we know the market is corrupt, but we keep trading. Why? Because we know we can make money. Even on a POS stock we can make money. Timing is everything, when a run comes, regardless if it is a pump and dump, or a run based on lies in a PR or just a pure TA play. If we get in and get out at the right time, then very nice profits can be made. Even if we stick to our trading rules and play the market very carefully, we will still lose money on some stocks. Nobody is perfect.... With the maket makers and CEOs trying to take our money, the odds are against us, yet somehow we manage to prevail. What if.... Everything was 100% transparent? If you knew everything: How many shares are out there at any given time. The company financials were made public on a weekly basis. PRs only contained facts. You knew who was buying and selling shares. I know what your thinking; How would we have access to all this information? Its simple. We start our own penny stock. Dont laugh. I am already doing my DD to make this happen. I have found a clean shell ready for buy out. No baggage, good to go. If this is done correctly, it could become an incredible investment opportunity, a learning experience, and quite possibly the vehicle needed to expose the manipulation in the penny market. Specifically, naked short selling. I will get the company up and running, it will be an investment firm. I will issue a very limited number of shares, every share will be accounted for. We will use the money from the initial selling of shares and reinvest that money daytrading on other penny stocks. I will make trades based on recommendations from some of the top traders on this board and other respected traders from around the world. With strict stop loss rules in place, we can definitely make some nice gains. All profits reinvested back into the company. Picks will be made based on a ranking system of penny trading gurus. Poor performance will get gurus replaced by someone who has a better track record of successful picks. A diversified group of savy traders, making trading recommendations for the company portfolio. I will expose every expense and report every trade and keep investors 100% informed. There would Never be any dilution. That would defeat the whole point of this experience.
