Meanwhile, I see that the www.upgd website is undergoing change w/the new corporate address listed now in Illinois...On RB, Zeroid and Bill Act both are casting negatives re: it...I have dealt w/many companies - some w/hundreds of millions of capitalization that have very small corporate offices - In fact one such firm, a billion dollar defense contractor had his office on Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills...and whenever I would visit his office - there were only 3 people on staff....so upgd's new corporate office is not uncommon, especially considering the development stage it is in....also today...I'm not able to access any RB message boards from my office computer...maybe they really did pull the plug on the thing after all....
