yes i read it. Financing will increase total shares to 491M, but total common shares will be 133,000 as opposed to 42,000,000. The 491 includes preferred stock.

where are the filings? Its an OTCBB stock. Last 3 Q-10s show very little dilution, a consistent 52,000,000 outstanding shares. The quarter before that, there was 47,000,000. There were no filings today

Upside potential here, nobody is discussing this. Normal daily volume is 10k... today it is 1M. Interesting at the very least. All of this selling all of a sudden and yet I can't see why.
