Hey, you're moving right along. Those experience points are everything when it comes to leveling up. You may have notice by now, at the bottom of you WoW window (just above the tool bar) a thin line colored either blue, or purple, runs along across the window from left to right; the one that tells your "experience points". I pay close attention to the color of that line. If it's blue I play for leveling up because every kill gets double experience points, compared to when the line is purple. When your character is considered RESTED, he gets double points. He will "rest" from battle when he is located in a city, or when you are off-line.

Terrible thing, I used more space to say that, than I thought it would. lol

My "Badomen" might be leveled up too high to make "group" play interesting enough, but then "Badomen" could help you level up quicker, and get better armor etc.

I have other lower level alts, so we could group one of them with you if preferred. The guild idea is the best way to benefit in various ways.

My character is almost a level 14 paladin and the game is starting to get even more fun now that I'm not getting my ass kicked by bandits,bears etc all the time now LOL. I definitely need to team up with a group or guild. I was trying to enter one of the mines and it was very frustrating alone. I'll be on some tonite,tommorrow and definitely Sunday since I'm on duty, unless the brush fires start again. I was out getting my exercise yesterday with brushfires.

I figured out what I was doing wrong. I had to upgrade from my free trial to get messages etc. I have a level 10 Paladin named "firemandave" on Thral and a level 11 Warrior on Borean Tundra named "firemandave". I like the Paladin character better but hit me up on either one next time your on. Dave

Sounds good. Will be on playing in Borean Tundra tonite unless the realm is full. You should hit the link for Stockpicksfootballandot just click on the fire truck. My friends there are very cool. Yeah I have one PCX option and that is all PCX hit 4$ today LOL. Luckily the call option is for March so we'll see. My pension is guaranteed by the state and I don't even look at my 457k anymore. Alot of the reason I started playing WOW heh heh.

Cool. I did start a character in Borean Tundra,and mailed a msge to you, just in case you wanna contact while in WoW. Any way, I'm cool with whatever you come up with; like your effort to find a a realm that's not so crowded.

On the investment scene; I've paired down to just one penny stock that is currently in the tank. Sold nearly everything at profit before the market fell. Just staying in the game with one small investment for now.

Well, I guess this kind of discussion belongs on your other board, so next time will take it there.

I'm at Borean Tundra as a level 11 Warrior. But like you said it is full during peak times. I have one other realm on the "dark" side LOL but I don't like it as well. I think I'm gonna start a paladin character in an uncrowded realm. When I start it I will post for sure.

Yep, that's about how long it took to download mine. My main character (Badomen) is a Level 64 Warrior. The thrall realm is overcrowded, so I'm thinking of moving him to another realm. Also have some alts at lower levels. Maybe I'll move one of those. We'll see how it goes then decide.

1.02GB of 2.6GB downloaded on the patch LOL. Man is this game huge. The 10 day free trial download only took 10 minutes or so. But it's worth it. Will post update tommorrow. Very cool that your son and grandson play. I am 39 and think I will still play them into my 80's or beyond. Video games will be like the crossword puzzles that kept my grandmother's mind sharp as a tack in her 80's I hope.

I mainly stick to the NYSE,NASDAQ and AMEX. I like PCX,FAS,FAZ, those are my 3 main ones I have always liked FAS and FAZ are 3X bear and bull financials. Right now I'm only holding PCX call options for March. I have been outta Pink sheet stocks for a while. Sometimes very profitable but very dangerous if you don't take your $$$ out as soon as profitable. Hard to trade pinks with my job as you have to watch them every minute.

Gears of War 2 definitely better than 1. Army of Two is really cool because of the teamwork required in the missions as well as the game play, I would say it is as good as gears as it is a mercenary type game kinda cool.

Used to play Madden, Tiger Woods, Nascar, MLB, and SOCOM on PS2, and a litlle still on PSP. I do have a Wii, and thinking of getting PS3, what console do you use, or do you play pc games? Guild Wars is a PC MMORPG.

I play Halo and Gears with my son (Madden a little bit) and World of Warcraft when not busy on duty and wife working, kids in school etc. Sorry to hear about your friends dropping out. Glad you are learning about the stock market,staying in school and making the right moves. Alot of parents today really stink and should not let their kids drop out.I coach my son in tackle football and play video games with him etc. Keep headed in the direction you are and you will go far.

Dude I'm hooked LOL! I just bought the extended gamepack and am currently downloading a 2.6GB patch that is telling me 6 hours to download so I can play again. AWESOME GAME!!! I cannot believe the graphics. I have been a HUGE Blizzard fan from when I used to play Diablo and Diablo 2. I think I wore out Diablo 2 disk heh heh. As soon as I can download this patch and get an IHUB guild or guilds up will post here. As well as anyone else on IHUB is welcome to start guilds or post their guilds here. Glad to see ya stop by Dred. How's things?

Sweet! Exactly my thoughts. Screen name "firemandave" LOL and in the realm of "Borealis Tundra" I think... I have always played video games going back to atari 2600 as a kid. With my son and I enjoying XBOX360 Halo etc online, but WOW I can play on my laptop at work when we are not busy. It is the most enjoyable video game I have ever played. I started the free trial 3 days ago and am now in a 6hr download of a patch LOL! TYVM for posting here. We need to start a guild called "IHUB" for folks here would be very cool. Not sure about the "Borealis Tundra" I cannot login to the trial anymore as it was erased by my disk copy. As soon as I finish and login again (probobly tommorrow morning) I will post the exact place I'm at and try to create a guild etc.
