I agree cosmo. If you have the $$ behind you and you are able to accumulate these pennies at the bottom or before they get their moment in the spotlight then the potential return is very good.

that is how I look at this stock, just put a little amout in (say $1000). if it takes off one can make a very very good return. If not, the loss is mimimal.

Hey cosmoworld7. I think that BFtc is just a low o/s play sitting down here in pennyland. I would just keep it on news watch for now. The O/S is around 8m and the l2's are .016x.02 1x1. For the o/s to be this small and the pps this low makes it worth a spot on your watch list I think....

As far as I can tell, it looks like BFTC has been trading since 2000 and before that it was trading under the name AERO SERVICES INTERNATIONAL INC. Looks like the company could use a bit of fresh air.

GM cosmoworld7. That o/s number was taken from their last 10q put out in May of '06. The o/s number is good as of May 05, 2006. Judging buy past volume since that day, there hasn't been any significant days with any volume that would suggest any dilution. GL

It is a pinkie Stock Lobster. Primary Venue: Pink Sheets. They seem to be current on their filings. The low o/s is what caught my eye. There could be some possibilities here. Just watching for now though. GL

On July 25, 2006, b-Fast Corp. (the ?Company?) sold the Company?s Fixed Base Operation (?FBO?) at the Harrisburg International Airport to Avflight Harrisburg Corporation (?Avflight?). The FBO at Harrisburg was the Company?s last remaining FBO facility. Pursuant to the terms of the FBO Transfer Agreement (the ?Agreement?), the Company received $525,000 at closing. In addition, at closing, Avflight paid over to the Company an amount equal to the Company?s direct cost of inventory (as that term is defined in the Agreement, and will pay over the amount of $485,000 in 20 equal quarterly installments of $24,250, commencing on October 31, 2006, subject to offset for certain enumerated expenses that may be incurred by Avflight during the installment period. In addition, Avflight will pay the amount of $1,600,000 to the Company within 10 days of the satisfaction of certain conditions enumerated in the Agreement, including, but not limited to shareholder ratification of the transaction, provided however, that if all of the conditions are not met by the Company on or before July 25, 2007, then Avflight will have no obligation to pay over to the Company this additional amount. Finally, the Company, and the President and CEO of the Company both executed non-competition agreements with Avflight. The sale price was determined by negotiation of the parties.
