Bill, My recollection of the answer Rich gave you was in the form of a hypothetical. What I remember him saying was "What IF, in the regular course of business, shares are issued as incentive to the CEO. What IF shares of this kind were used to pay back an obligation to a company. Officers of companies are issued shares for varying reasons all the time. One learns of this type of issuance through the filings." Remember something like that being said? I do not specifically remember the statement that the shares had already been paid from of Rich's personal holdings. My impression was it would happen. I believe it will. Maybe it already has.
