what I find interesting is that the prefered shares will remain the same... so, the prefered share holders net value got multiplied by five ... and in a case of a merger or so, holders of the prefered shares will make out well and common stock holder will get 1/5 or 1/10 of the prefered holders depending on whether that was the case last R/S or not...!!!

In accordance with board approval, we filed a Certificate of Change with the Nevada Secretary of State on to give effect to a reverse split of our authorized and issued and outstanding shares of common stock on a five (5) old for one (1) new basis, such, such that our authorized capital will be decreased from 200,000,000 shares of common stock with a par value of $0.001 to 40,000,000 shares of common stock with a par value of $0.001 and, correspondingly, our issued and outstanding shares of common stock will be decreased from 9,893,563 shares of common stock to 1,978,713 shares of common stock. Our preferred stock will remain unchanged.

On March 8, 2011, we received confirmation that the reverse split will become effective with the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board at the opening of trading on March 11, 2011 under the symbol "EDNED". The "D" will be placed on our ticker symbol for 20 business days. After 20 business days, our symbol will revert back to the original symbol "EDNE". Our new CUSIP number is 27944M 301.

According to BigCharts, the price hit $50/shr August 2005, which is really $10 before the 5-1 reverse split... and if I recall correctly, this was related to drilling and potential of new find... now, there are new deals for new drilling... so, it is very probable that the price will move higher from here... granted, it may fluctuate to form a base or something... but anyone looking for somewhat of a longer term should not be bothered by that...

disclaimer... I own EDNE and would love to see it go to $35/shr...

They increased the AS to 200,000,000 on July 21, 2010. Right now that Sharpe guy has a sweet deal going ... salary, management fees and 21% of the company.

FYI There are 75 potential 160-acre drilling blocks outside of the existing PA’s that have not been developed, resulting in 150 potential drilling locations on what is effectively 40-acre spacing. There is also the potential to develop the field on 20-acre spacing which would provide for another 150 drilling locations.

Eden Energy Corp.

Eden Energy's primary focus is the development of the Ant Hill Unit on the eastern flank of the White River Dome field in the Piceance Basin, Colorado. The Ant Hill Unit is a 20,000 acre federal exploratory unit operated by EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. By drilling wells outside the existing Participating Areas, Eden is able to expand the unit and keep it in effect.

Effective January 1, 2009 the Company has drilled 8 wells in the field and has 6 on production. An Independent Reserve Report by MHA Petroleum Consultants Inc. assigned net proved reserves of 2.85 Bcfe with a PV10 value of $4.7 MM. Reserves and present values have been severely affected by low Rocky Mountain gas prices, which are expected to continue for some time. Additional drilling has been deferred for 2009.

Eden Energy also has exploratory projects in Nevada, USA and Alberta, Canada. These projects are not a primary focus for the Company at this time.
