UNGS Giving a GCC Greater Cannabis Company Divvy

The Company will retain a 19.99% interest in GCC, with 80.01% of the common shares of GCC distributed to Sylios common shareholders. The total number of common shares of GCC post spin-off will be approximately 27.5 million.

After UNGS divvy it looks like Doc Anderson will OFFER Shares holders a few more Shares for .25 which will increase the GCC O/S from 27.5 million to 29.5 Million O/S.

The offering will give each shareholder the right to purchase additional units in GCC for a defined period of time. Shareholders will have the right to purchase additional units of GCC at a fixed price of $.25/unit for a total equity raise of $500,000.00. In the event the Rights Offering is fully subscribed, GCC will have 29.5 million common shares outstanding with a market capitalization of $7.4 million. The Company plans to use the proceeds from the rights offering to provide equity capital to support the continuing execution of the Company's growth strategy plans, acquisitions and general business development.

The Record date for the stock dividend is set at February 3, 2017 with the Ex-Dividend date at February 1, 2017. The stock dividend will be payable February 13, 2017 to shareholders. In order for shareholders to receive the stock dividend, they must own shares of Sylios Corp prior to the Ex-Dividend date. Sylios Corp's common stock will begin trading ex-dividend at the open on February 1, 2017.

Figured would post reply over here instead of BCDA board. Looked into KMPH and like the insider purchases and ownership as well as the fact it looks like hey have around a three year cash runway. They have an outstanding ATM and warrants that may hold the price down but won't matter if they get something approved. Nice pipeline based in the same platform so just a matter of whether or not it works. Got it in my radar now thanks!
