And fwiw, there are some hoops to jump thru to get the Ta info. You have to send a fax and your name has to be listed as a registered owner of the shares. In my case, the shares are held by Scottrade so I did not show up as a registered owner. If that is the case, they want something from the broker showing that you are a shareholder.

If that doesn't work, they do take human offerings as well.
