Alright guys. Here's something that Bobwin's brought to my attention.

They use Holladay Stock transfer, same as LBWR, so I know they are 100% transparent.

Capital Structure as of October 4, 2006

O/S ~~~~~~~~~> 81,774,703
restricted ~~~~~> 35,806,158
float ~~~~~~~~~> 45,968,545

Market cap 81,774,703 x .555 = 45,384,960

So, a nano....barely. I'm not the guru on it, but it has a very unique set-up for financing using OPM.

Also, hopefully it will be the next stock on the TF2 Draft pinks.
