Investors have motives different from long term operations and development, investors want the stock to go to $100 ( I do to!) then hit the 5 second guaranteed stock trade button and leave happy with their profits, this report will impact the company for years.
Operationally we arent finished leasing and the last thing we need is for a bidding war to break out for leases before we are finished leasing or worse... find ourselves suddenly surrounded by 800 pound gorillas monopolizing everything, based on information WE COMPILED, PAID FOR & DISCLOSE. This happens all the time, in the oil patch it is called corner shots or close-ology.
