Jagman is a saavy pink sheet investor, you can tell by the points he makes, that he has been burned by other pink sheet stocks. So yes he is posting a valid concern, it may pay to consider some of his observations, when it comes to OTHER pink sheet companies (LOL)

No stock has been issued... no funny financing or anything like that, nothing has changed.

I dont know if it is considered promotion or not, its no different than a press release, only by using a different media. I guess it all comes down to motives, we are trying to support the share price on the behalf of the shareholders, generate a broader base of investors, fresh money via the word out and letting more investors know what we are doing. At the first of the year I said I would be severely disappointed if we were not at a $1 by summer... I fully intend to have all us @ Hemi to try to make good on that and it happen.
(That will never happen by blowing out stock or debenture financing.)

The WBR thing? We didnt bang the table and scream at the camera "buy Hemi stock". We approached this from an educational stand point, watch the show and learn something about the oil patch... for instance in the field during the drilling we had Craig giving a play by play of what was going on, I stayed out of the way and let the experts (Craig, the camera crew and the drilling crew) do their jobs. We gave the camera guy a lease map, let him ride around and film whatever he chose... with a couple of safety caveats (go back and read the Email response from WBR)

There is more... but people will just have to watch and come to their own conclusions. At least the shareholders can actually see what they own, how it works and how we make a living.

If the investors want us to do like we did from June 05 to July 06 and not release any news... I guess we can do back to that strategy? A year of no news will not effect operations at all.

Jagman is right in a way... but there has to be a balance struck between hype and information disclosure, pump and dump and trying to expand the shareholder base. We have a tiny IR budget (funded out of increased REVENUE) being allocated to get the word out and expanding the shareholder base. Demand is what drives stock prices... and demand is in the long term shareholders best interests. Once again if we are not at a $1 before summer I will be severely disapointed.
