Let's focus in on Xcelplus' main product the engine treatment.

Better yet is the fact that Xcelplus can make claims that no one else can and has the government testing to prove it. Try finding the testing done on the other engine treatments that are out there and you will see they all were tested in there own labs.LOL

I wonder what kind of money would be brought in if an auto maker actually required this product in all new cars...From the PR a few days ago...In China, First Auto Corporation, one of the biggest auto manufacturers is specifying that all new cars they manufacture be treated with our Engine Protection product. They will also extend the new car warranty from one year to three years using our products.

There also is one more about the engine treatment. They will use it for the new market of E85 products. Treat the engine and recover fuel milage loss which occurs with E85.

So part 2 ends... Government tested product to be on store shelves and required in all new autos from a large automaker in China.
