"Dow has no impact on otc stocks, no direct or inverse relationship sir,the only relationship was there were both negative. charts do not reflect future stock prices of penny charts, barchart stock should never be use to determine future performaces of subpenny stocks"

This is all true. The first part about dow impacting OTC is legit. The second part about using past performance to predict the future is true for ... not just penny stocks, but anything. It's good advice, but shouldn't be construed as negative toward SaVi or its investors.

"most people have warranties on their cars, if you fit this on a merceds benz, when the part fails the warranty wont replace it."

The warranty argument will be circumstantial. If DynoValve turns out to be the best thing since sliced bread, warranties are going to cover it. And, even if they don't, then you'll have to go buy a new one ... more profit for SaVi :)

"also hybrid technology corrects alot emissions issues and efficiency."

Finally, hybrid technology does correct a lot of emissions and efficiency problems - true. BUT when was the last time you saw a hybrid pickup truck?
or a hybrid 18-wheeler?
or a hybrid RV?
or a hybrid diesel engine in general?
or a hybrid heavy-machinery engine?
or a hybrid power boat?
or a hybrid airplane?
or a hybrid ....
and what about all the cars that aren't hybrid? What if I want to keep my brand new non-hybrid 2005 Porsche and get better MPG? I want one too!

In summary, Lynch's post was honest, but the arguments have been extrapolated to portray SaVi in a negative light, which is simply unfair.
