ANSWER: We changed the name & did upgrades, the econovalve is the DynoValve

who was the Chief Executive Officer - who is Serge and where does he fit into your organization?
ANSWER: Serge vallve is the same person - Serge Monros. Serge was forbidden to use his father's name by the Monros Family Trust until his father died. Long story, not worth explaining. Serge Monros is the inventor of the technology and is therfore the Chief Technology Officer, Mario Procpio is now the CEO who took Serge's place as he was formerly the CEO.

ANSWER: many times when you deal with the present powers that be, there are attempted buy outs sell offs, sell outs & attempted hostile take overs.
Certain instituttions tried to acquire our technology.
They failed to obtain our technology but they have managed to slow up our endeavors. However, all that is behind us, we own everything now completely and we are moving full steam ahead without any hindrances.
