Exclusive audiocast: Rambus CEO Harold Hughes on Hynix suit Victory

EB editor-in-chief John Dodge talked to Hughes yesterday after a jury in San Jose sided with Rambus in a patent infringement case. The jury assessed $306.5 million in damages. In an e-mail, Hynix said it will still attempt to nullify Rambus' patents in another proceeding this summer that will explore alleged anticompetitive behavior by Rambus. In this interview, Hughes talks about future litigation and how Rambus overcame obstacles to get its case in front of a jury.
