John,

I didn't say I don't care about the stock price in terms of not caring
about the stock price. I said I DON'T CARE HOW LOW THE STOCK PRICE
GOES, WE ARE NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. It was part of a string of
thought. I was reinforcing the fact that we are not going out of
business.

I very much would like the stock price higher. Not only do I own
shares, but it would be better for the company as a whole.
Unfortunately it is a market so I do not control the stock price.

The people who are the most upset right now, are the value seekers who
try and take advantage of the stock. They have trading rooms, and try
and make the stock run, and then cash out for a quick profit. They
conspire together to push a stock up. Those are the ones who are
doing all of the swearing and threats and freaking out. But what is
their plan? Their plan is for the stock to run, and then they all
sell out, take their money, sending the stock down again. That is a
quick profit for them, but has nothing to do with building value in
the company.

Those who are in for the long term, are obviously disappointed. Some
of them average down. Some of them give up hope. And some of them
are still supportive.

My plan is to not make the stock run for value seekers. My plan is to
build a strong and prosperous company for the future.

If I was an independent party, looking to buy into IPRE I would look
at what was going on when the stock spiked up to $0.20. Look at a 9
month chart. What was going on at that time? The 9 month chart looks
like mount Everest. What was happening in Nov and Dec when the stock
was going mad? The "All That I Need" movie was released in theatres.

Now I have no idea where the stock will go. Its totally a market that
I can never predict. Call me crazy, but I think having four other
movies, all for much higher budget than ATIN is a healthy strategy
in terms of building value in the company. After all, we are an
ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY. We need actual products. If we don't finish
them, they won't do anyone any good.

"All That I Need" did not make millions of dollars in theatres, so
shareholders were disappointed. Well it was in theatres. So my goal
now, is to make and release projects that are of higher quality, and
do better. If a movie does well and takes off, that will benefit the
company and would build value.

Believe it or not, there is a method to the madness.

All the best,

James
