Lenght of time to get final registration notice for Trademarks depends on how many sequence deviations there are.

Right now the status for DYNOVALVE is: "Applicant's response to a non-FINAL office action has been entered in application."

Which means, the trademark examiner found an exception to registering the trademark. This is quite normal for trademark applications. Savi Media has responded to the exception. Now we are waiting for the examiner to respond. This could be a few weeks to several months. Government enities do not general respond in timely manner. If examiner accepts Savi Media's response to the exception, then it will be posted for public review and challenge. I believe this takes 30 days. If no challenge, then it will be registered some months later.
