Right now we are a non-reporting pink sheets company. I will keep this status until we bring in about 5 million in revenue. At that point I will file for bulleting board status. It does not make financial sense to do so before we reach that benchmark because of the costs involved in doing the necessary filings and maintenance.

As we get closer to receiving revenues in we can better project earnings for the company. I want to give a very educated projection to the shareholders versus one that is pure speculation. I'm sure you can understand my postion on this.
