SVMI SITE VISIT 5/26/06

Hello, again to all. I went again for my 3rd visit in 60 days.

I am excited to say that Mario and Serge continue to do what they said they
would do. During my 1st visit one very large room (my estimate 100' x 100')
was full of junk consisting of heavy metal trash, tons and tons of it
(seemed like about 10 tons). AT this 1st meeting I was told that they had
to remove all the trash to make room for equipment that was coming in from
all over the United States.

Well as you know, 30 days later, I made my 2nd visit and saw that the area
was cleaned and that SVMI had recently purchased some new and used
manufacturing equipment that was set in that room

Now 60 days later and my 3rd visit to SVMI facilities I saw a room full of
heavy/large equipment, in fact SVMI had to start storing equipment outside
of that room. It was difficult to walk around in the room because it was
over flowing with equipment. Yes, my associate and I took pictures as you
can see from the attached.

Serge stated that once all the equipment arrives that each piece will be
placed sequentially to efficiently maximize the manufacturing process.
Serge also informed us that the room next to this one of equal size will
also be constructed into the SVMI manufacturing plant. Serge stated that
there is more equipment that SVMI will be receiving from other orders they
had made 2 months ago. He emphasized that this additional manufacturing
equipment is currently in route to SVMI from all over the country. He
anticipates that all the manufacturing equipment that they ordered will be
delivered within the next few weeks.

Serge informed us that the room full of heavy manufacturing equipment and an
equal sized one next to it will be constructed into the SVMI manufacturing
plant. Serge stated that this manufacturing facility will have the capacity
of 100,000 dyno valve and dyno valve pro units per month. I was also told
that SVMI's plan is to contract out larger dyno valve and dyno valve pro
orders to manufacturing companies that can handle larger capacity. This
would happen when the existing SVMI facility can no longer keep up with
sales or when an equipment order deemed it necessary. As I said before, it
also seems like initially SVMI intends to market the dyno valve pro to large
trucking companies, shipping vessels, railroad companies, etc.

My understanding is that SVMI is continuing to propose a plan to provide
major companies with the dyno valve pro equipment at no costs for the
product or installation on a temporary basis (30-60 days) in exchange for
their honest, open, non coerced testimonial on the dyno valve pro and dyno
valve performance.

Serge also stated that SVMI is working simultaneously on a number of
platforms that will be reported to the shareholders as soon as they become a
factual event.

In my opinion Serge and Mario continue to be very excited. I also believe
that Mario and Serge are aware that they need to hire staff to help in
marketing, PR, business planning, production, distribution, etc. In my
opinion that could be very soon from now.

I also continue to believe that the SVMI stock and all other stocks will
continue to fluctuate based on internal and external events. However, in my
opinion the moment SVMI announces that they have secured a contract or
contracts with a major company or companies, then obviously the stock would
rise in value and those who jumped in and out may miss the big move.

Once again, Serge and Mario ask that I only provide my opinion based on
factual observation, they don't want anyone pumping up the stock value.

I will add pictures when someone tells me how to do it.

Lucky
