1. I'm not a long here and everyone else knows that. I rarely post here but I may just to put the worms in their place as I do so well.

2. What is your definition of a flipper? Buy low and sell high? Is that a crime? Irrespective of that, I've never owned or flipped PLNI. I did try after your source panned it and I just missed a double. He is a great contra-indicator. I wish I had though. But I cover many,many stocks and can't concentrate on one as you do.

3. Is this your source?

Roberto Gonzalez Villasenor, Jr. (CRD #1031313, Registered Representative, New York, New York) submitted an Offer of Settlement pursuant to which he was fined $5,000 and suspended from association with any NASD member in any capacity for 30 business days.
