The Parkin e-mails I provided were not fabricated.

(If you do not care to read any more about the drama between myself and the regular suspects at AllStocks then stop reading here. This post does not contain any other pertinent DD other than the simple factual opening sentence above).

I appreciate all those who have taken the time to read them and sent thanks my way. Please remember: I purchased NDOL stock for my own reasons and am not encouraging anyone to buy or sell this security. I simply provided correspondence I had with a company representative in Mr. Parkin. A cursory review of my posts will show that I have provided other factual DD, have not made wild claims about PPS and have disclosed from day one that I own NDOL shares and plan to hold them for a period of at least one (1) year. I sold a small portion during the initial run to buy into EDEX.

Now then:

I am now being accused of fabricating the e-mails exchanged between Mr. Parkin and myself over at AllStocks. I have also been accused of hurling racial slurs and claiming to be the infamous Ward Churchill. The delusions are become more grand by the day which does not bother me in the least. However, the forum administrator has muzzled my ability to respond to these defamatory messages. Furthermore, people seem to be stunned that I am not at my computer responding to every specious charge within minutes of a given post - key phrase: not only do I have a life, but my primary business is the development of real estate. I dabble in stocks and do not dispense any advise on securities. If you would like for me to develop real estate for you in Florida then that is a different story.

1. I did not fabricate the e-mails between Mr. Parkin and myself. As I stated, I am willing to sign a sworn affidavit to the same affect. Remember: the same person accusing me of this criminal act is also claiming Nord Oil is a “pump and dump scheme” and does not, in fact, have any employees. Bottom line: consider the source.

2. I did not “repeatedly hurl racial slurs”. The person who is accusing me of fabricating e-mail correspondence claims to be of Native American Heritage. I am currently reading IQ and the Wealth of Nations (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/027597510X/104-7928197-2564722?n=283155) which studies the gap between rich and poor countries and the possible affect due to differences in national intelligence (national IQs). I provided an excerpt which many people found to be racist when in fact I simply provided a quote from the book which shows Asians have the highest mean IQ and Australian Aborigines have the lowest. “Purl Gurl” alleges to be of Native American heritage; thus, I guess she is offended by the scientific fact Native Americans have a mean IQ of 87. I did not know Science could be “racist”. 3. I am not Ward Churchill. I never claimed to be Ward Churchill. Typically, “Purl Gurl” signs “her” posts as just that: “Purl Gurl”. But I guess she felt compelled to try and impress readers with the idea she has a doctorate and is/was a Professor of English at the University of California. I attempted to point out that the only requirement to receiving a doctorate or becoming a Professor in this day and age requires nothing more than an internet connection, $49.95 and a pulse. Example: Ward Churchill has both a Doctorate and is a Professor. I am astounded people misconstrued this as believing I was claiming to be Ward Churchill. Perhaps they are also Aborigines. :::Ba-dump::: CHILL OUT! If you can’t laugh at race then you have lost your sense of humor. If Chris Rock said that he would get laughs and a nice stage fee. I say it and I am a “racist” and get banned from AllStocks.

In closing, I am sorry to have to respond to allegations that seemingly compounds a “drama” problem and not focusing on NDOL. However, I believe people need to know that the e-mails I posted are authentic and can be relied upon as genuine sentiments from Mr. Parkin.
