This was posted on the stocktriggers board by a shareholder who visited the Savi facility yesterday. Interesting read.

Hi everyone!

Just got back from my visit to Santa Ana and the SVMI production facility. I was not able to meet with either Mario Procopio or Serge Monros, but I did meet George Gemayel, who gave me a complete tour of the facility and some interesting information.

While Mario and Serge are operational SaVi partners, George is a partner through the ownership of the building SaVi is located in. George is quite an impressive, no-nonsense intense guy and a CEE, certified environmental engineer, who not only owns the 140,000 square foot building SaVi is located in, but his company is also an EPA recognized and CARB certified test facility, one of only four like it in the nation. His company does chassis dyno testing, FTP, HWY, SHED, In-use testing, vehicle procurement, engine dyno testing, gasoline/diesel aftermarket products, additives, and EO testing.

Being located in the same building as the only certified testing facility on the west coast is a huge benefit for SaVi. Having the president of the testing facility as a partner is a brilliant move in my opinion. George showed me their current testing engines from clients around the world. They were testing everything from a commercial jet engine to diesel Cummings truck engines to Smart engines (the tiny Mercedes cars so popular in Europe) to motorcycle engines. Engines had been shipped from as far away as India. I include that info here so you get a feeling for the immensity of George's company, an important ally to have as SaVi moves forward.

George was closed-lipped on SaVi operational matters for obvious reasons, but he spoke in glowing terms about the SaVi folks, from Mario on down. He said he knows them to be quality people who have never broken a promise to him. Everything they have promised they have delivered. The term he used was "high caliber people."

We walked through the entire facility and saw all the SaVi line and testing equipment, and there is a lot of it. George said it will all be operational within a week. SaVi will then begin mass production on their products. Then in short order George’s company will certify their products to conform to US EPA standards (a piece of cake) and then California EPA standards (tougher and much more valuable a certification to have). There is no tougher state EPA certification and testing in America than California certification.

I was impressed. I have a much better feeling for my current investment and will be adding more at current prices and anything under a penny and a half is a steal I believe.

My feeling is right on target with what Wize stated here. A news release from the company in the coming week or two should put this into the 3 to 4 cent range, news on any product certification would probably mean 5-8 cents plus, and any news on signed contracts could mean 20 cents plus, possibly up to $1. Be aware 20 plus cents is probably months off, so don’t buy this as a day trade play with those kinds of short-term expectations. A news release about the operational state of the facility could come as soon as a week or two which should move the sp nicely.

This company is for real and exciting things are in its future I believe.

A little side note. As I waited in the conference room for George to finish a meeting I struck up a conversation with a nice young guy who was there reapplying for a job with SaVi. He said he had been previously employed by SaVi but had to leave the state for awhile over family issues. He was now back and apparently SaVi is currently hiring. I asked him about his experience working for SaVi and his impression of SaVi management. He said they are brilliant people and they will change the industry and it was the only company he wanted to work for. He spoke almost as if he were a member of a cult. I may be a little harsh in my description of the guy but he was emotional about Mario and everyone else at SaVi. I've got to say it was a little strange only in that I have never spoken in such terms about any job I've ever had. But he certainly had passion for the work and was a staunch believer in the technology.
