Restricted Shares?

While there was absolutely no mention of restricted shares being issued for dividends in any press release that I'm aware of, I just found this on:

http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/company_profile.jsp?symbol=VWKM

Current Capital Change:
Stk. Div.=15%. Dividend shs to be restricted
Ex-Date: 2006-05-30
Record Date: 2006-06-01
Pay Date: 2006-06-15

Note that the dividend shares to be restricted.

Well folks - I've joined the other half. I used to be in the first half - "those who are GOING TO LOSE money on the pinks". Now I'm in with the "those who HAVE LOST money on the pinks".
