Bigs, Great summary. Nice to meet you there with your Dad.
A couple of comments:
1) About the September launch. Look to the CTIA as a place to make this happen. It is in the middle of September. It's a staging ground for major announcements.

2) I got the same impression about the paint division that you got from Sponge. CSI International was being pursued by three companies. In the end, they chose NeoMedia which may have not had the highest bid. Why? They wanted to be on the ground floor of a company with the greatest potential.

3) The management of the company and all the subsidiaries are quite capable and come across as hardworking. Martin Copus said it best that he is working harder than he ever has in his entire career. That's what I like. We walked away from the meeting and what was management doing? They were gathering everyone together to work into the evening on strategy sessions. You could see the fire burning in everyone's eyes and a commitment to success.

4) The employees: This is the key. Look to people like Rick Szatkowski who was with NeoMedia thru the late 90's but was let go during the post 2000 bubble. When given the opportunity he came back to NeoMedia. He came back with energy and passion. Try keeping track of him. He is constantly on the move developing the business. Same goes for the many others in the team.

5) The vision: I see where management is working to get to. There's a chasm between where we are and where we want to be. They have been building the bridge over the last 11 years. Finally, this fall they will have the tools all in place for the bridge to be open to 80 plus percent of the mobile handset community. 11 years of focus on the physical to the electronic world. Just think of all the things that have transpired over this time and how many of the players in computer/internet/mobile technology have come and gone. We are still standing because of the vision of a few individuals and the refusal to roll over and quit. That's why I am here.
