I think this is the financing vehicle for the purchase of ProMold from John Murphy?

Read page two and it appears all the debts owed by ProMold are included here in para B. That certainily looks like the financing vehicle for an outright sale of ProMold with proceeds going to a revocable Trust in the name of John Murphy.
