I see that my post has stimulated the bashearchers into action. What a certain blogger has alleged I said in my first post is a total fabrication! Absolutely false and misleading! Every word in my post, except the non-bold first paragraph, are lifts from the linked documents.

To me the 10-KSb appears to show the Sem family LLC being bought out, as well as the distribution company. The question I have is... which of these two is the Parent company or controlling authority for Semco manufacturing and the union approved entity.

I don't doubt that Semco is owned by PLNI, just would like the Org Chart to get a better feel for the Plasticon International Inc organizational relationships.
