mikie, I AM IMPRESSED, you got it right...RUFUS has been hyping SB-2-filing at cvsu for MONTHS and MONTHS with every cvsu hot-air-pr...but he never would follow thru in signing off on 800M PHONEY-BALONEY assets under SEC-scrutiny and penalties of PERJURY under sarbanes/oxley!

ENTER the FHAL-HYPESTER-LOSERS w/($2,000,000) BENEATH BROKE, and voila...the novice thinks it's legit!

You might get a filing here, but if these carnival-masqueraders sign off under sarbanes/oxley as having $800M in assets, i will jump thru this screen and shine everyone's shoes for a year!
