Okay Guys..I'll kind of recap what shook me out (just the one big factor). A lot of you might disagree with me, that's ok, it's just my opinion/theory.

Stocklemon is a POS, however, they did get one thing about right. When I started digging through the old 8Ks for Furia (even before FHAL, so to speak), I started noticing a lot of PIPEs. (Private Investment in Public Equity). Meaning they have given away shares in the form of notes, convertible's debentures etc. These can be exercised anytime, without any filings. I started discovering this AFTER I had bought in, actually quite a bit later..and when Rufus came on to Paltalk the other day (I believe week before last, was it?), I tried to ask some pointy questions in there about this very thing, however the Paltalk mods booted me (duh..).

In my opinion (take it for what it's worth), when I said Rufus stands to gain..I believe he chose THIS particular shell (remember all that speculation, why THIS shell? and he said "right company, right stock, right time"?? he was right..but only for himself). I believe Rufus and co, bought out those PIPEs and then started this whole $15 thing. If that's true, they have potentially diluted about 100 million shares into this. Now, of course, the question is, why doesn;t the TA acknowledge/deny that? I don't know the answer to that yet...either they are lying, or he honestly doesn't know.

With the claimed float that there was, when this began (and Rufus claims to have bought out a lot of it as well), there's no way this should be trading at $1 or so, it should be higher, maybe not $15, but higher.

If what I suspect is true, Rufus and Co..have already made almost $100 million. That's a good chunk of change.
