The new CUSIP will be 21254V100





The S&P rep stated that there was confusion as to who the surviving entity was goign to be, fronthaul or conversion solutions, but that it was cleared up and Conversion SOlutions Holding Corp is the survivor.With this new CUSIP he doesn't see a problem with gettin the new ticker symbol and having trading begin (of course that's a generalization).
