Once the nasq approves the new symbol name (which will be monday or tues.)
Fhal will halt trading, then pr the 10k and then open up under the new symbol at 7.21 or 1 or 2 times it's book valve price.
At that time mr.harris will pr the deals that are in place also.
It's that easy people.
New Company
New stock price
New Bashers
New Mllionares
New investors
Bones a life time supply of bones for his family.

Yup Fake PR people, the only true pr's are thru the news wire, that the company put's out.
Oh Mr.harris and Ben are "sending time with there family's this weekend, they said the next few week's will be very busy".

And if I'm not mistaken...Rufus made a comment that he has investors in place to support the price back up to at least $15 if it drops and or if does not open at that price, no?

Bud, so now it will open at $7.21 or 1 or two times the book value (whatever that book value is) instead of the promised $15? Is this a change from your conversation with Ben yesterday?

The explanation 1 times is $7.21 and 2 times is $15 won't suffice. I see a difference from earlier statement in 8-K and what you are saying now.

There are alot of investor's lined up to by and alot of PR's are set ready to go.
It may drop a little for the people that need the money right away but if you can hold a few days or weeks and sell a few then hold for a month or years you will be set.
The spin-offs will be set fast so hold on

so until they get the new ticker... they cannot do anything but wait.... then once they get the new symbol approved and is accepted... "...they will set a day and halt the stock..."

therefore Monday is probably not going to be the day.... nor even Tuesday for that matter. Closest one could peg it would be Wednesday... BUT - If they really wanted to catch the "SHORTS" off guard - They would not PR anything until AH FRIDAY... Open up the following Monday with the new symbol and price.

That would be the best case scenario....

Once the new ticker is set they can do everything, they need that ticker so they know what they will trading under.Correct.....

After the new ticker they will set a date to start trading on that ticker, When will they do that I don't know that answer and i'm sure they don't know either yer.
Look at it like this let's say they get the ticker monday am sometime....
Then they can halt the trading at anytime maybe monday maybe tues. maybe wed. I do know they have alot of PR's set ready to go.
