G'Afternoon all. It is still a matter of questions.

Meaning, the right questions and honest answers which make sense (good or bad).

Tanned, rested and feeling the Monday pace at work. Breaking for lunch and scanning briefly.

I'm not a poster who is going to wag in front of your face if the stock goes down. Like everyone, I LOVE finding runners to pull in some cash and make life a bit easier. There seemed little doubt in my mind what the price was going to be when I returned from vacation and I posted so. Now is not the time to look back or keep score though. Now is the time to again request clarification from the company about fundemental issues of their operation.

I'm not seeing where the list of Q's I had respectfully brought up were ever cleared up at all.

In scanning this page to what FA and OStreet discussed about finding the name of the auditor, or whether the financials showing on CVSU's website are audited financials as it states....

My answer would be that they are not. I would like to be wrong on this, but I have found no information confirming that the fiancials were audited anytime after their 8K of 7-12-06.

On the CVSU website, it lists loud and proud that they are audited financials. http://cvsu.us/

However, look within the 8-K of 7-12-06. http://biz.yahoo.com/e/060712/fhal.ob8-k.html

Specifically, in the link I'm providing, look at the bottom at Item 7(a):

"Item 7. Financial Statements, Pro Forma Financial Statements and Exhibits.
(a) Financial Statements of Business Acquired.

A Un-Audited financial information required by this Item 7(a) has been included with this filing and will be modified by amendment to this Form 8-K not later than 60 days after the date this initial report on Form 8-K is filed attached hereto as Exhibit 9.1"

Further, look just below this within the link at Exh No. 9.1:

"9.1 CVSU Un-audited March 31, 2006 Financials"

Thus, it would be my contention that if these financials are indeed still unaduited, that the website is providing misleading information.

The 8K is in direct contradiction to what the website shows and to what Harris has been touting.

Again all, questions needs to be asked. If there is an investment opportunity here, reasoned and sensible answers to BASIC questions need to come forward.

The contradictions and empty promises are mounting. By obtaining answers that simply clarify what has been touted or reported will go a long way in either creating buying interest to push the pps higher, or reveal the possibility that this is a whole lot of nothing.

Mounting questions, doubt and contradictions can only hurt the share price, not help it.

In every case of a penny stock frenzy in one company, the truth is ALWAYS what is needed but unfortunately in many cases, the clear truth is never known until it is too late.

Seek answers now. You willl be better off financially because you'll be able to make intelligent decisions about your investment in FHAL, and at the very least much better informed as investors or prospective investors in how the smaller market works.
