Guys, just some thoughts that may or may not make sense. 1st the O/S concerns me. 2nd. It seems to me that they will need to bring these new wells on line and show some decent production to raise any more money and I think they will. Wouldn't it be in their best interests to get some financing that wouldn't include dilution. $10-30 million could get them a long way and with the leases they have and with some decent wells they could get the debt paid down with in a reasonable time period. Now, can a company like AMEP raise this kind of money? I don't have that answer. Charlie is 61 years old and I am sure he wants to retire some day and take it easy and I don't think he wants to screw us out of our $, what better way than to make AMEP a tiny Exxon. Raising money will be easier with the elimination of the BDC or at least that is what I was told.
